We offer products and services for residential, commercial, and public institution customers. Services will be provided at your site or in our shop at your discretion.

Services. The following is a list of our standard services. If you require a computer-related service that is not on the list, please contact us for additional information. We can perform or provide resources for almost any computer-related task or problem!

• Troubleshooting, repair, upgrade, and replacement.
• Virus/spyware removal and general computer cleanup.
• Networking and security design, configuration, and setup.
• Software programming, installation, and configuration.
• Web site design, development, hosting, and programming.
• Data backup, recovery, transfer, and retrieval.
• Remote administration, monitoring, and repair.
• Training, documentation, and support.

Products. The following is a list of standard products. If you're looking for a product not on the list, call for availability. We can often find replacement parts for most recent equipment.

• Computer desktops, workstations, servers, and notebooks.
• Computer monitors, printers, all-in-one devices, and plotters.
• Networking and security equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Windows software, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Office 2007, and Server 2003/2007.
• Application software, including graphics, video, desktop publishing, financial, and other applications.
• Security software, including anti-virus, anti-spyware, spam, phishing, and email scanning control.

Estimated costs are always provided in advance. We'll explain the involved tasks to you in as much detail as you feel comfortable. You'll have a firm idea of how long the service will take to complete and how much the service will cost you. Most importantly, you'll also know the results and gains that the service and associated equipment will provide for you.

Most services are provided on a per-hour basis, at separate on-site and in-shop rates. Billing is performed in 15-minute increments. Services may be discounted on a project, maintenance, or special basis.
